Gah—I find these swoon-worthy editorials in old magazines and am reminded we are in no way as avant-garde as we like to believe!
Goethe said, “All intelligent thoughts have already been thought; what is necessary is only to try to think them again.” Perhaps the same goes for creativity.
It’s a humbling idea, but liberating, too.
